TR-ClarifEYE; Glaucoma Filtering Implant - new angiogenic filtering technology

TR-ClarifEYE is a unique veterinary glaucoma implant intended for primary glaucoma.  TR-ClariEYE is an angiogenic implant to restore aqueous outflow, reduce fibrosis and imporove tissue integration.  TR-ClarifEYE is made from the STAR Biomaterial developed by Healionics Corporation. STAR Technical Document

Benefits: TR-ClarifEYE is surgically implanted under the sclera and (a) restores uveoscleral outflow, (b) contains no valves, (c) enabled with STAR biomaterial, thereby improving tissue integration and function, and (d) is cost effective.

Corneal BioScaffold

TR BioSurgical has developed a new bioscaffold for corneal repair and trauma.  The bioscaffold is a powder which can be delivered to corneal injuries in a variety of species.  The bioscaffold is scheduled to be available in Q1 of 2009 to veterinarians.
